
Barnsley-Boss Simon Davey said after the 1-0 victory over Chelsea:
"I've never been to Wembley. The players will be asking the chairman for new suits and bonuses now. But joking aside, they were magnificent. To beat a team like Chelsea is unbelievable."
Barnsley last reached the semi-finals in 1912 - a year which they went on to win the competition.
The other last-four game sees the third Championship club, West Brom, take on Portsmouth, the only Premier League team left in the competition. The semi-finals will take place at Wembley Stadium on 5 and 6 April.
The DSF (Deutsches Sportfernsehen) which showed Manchester United v Portsmouth last Saturday will broadcast one of the two semis.
