Liverpool and Chelsea in Champions League Semi Finals
21:39 (BST): FULL-TIME West Ham 0-1 Portsmouth
Niko Kranjcar's second-half goal (61) was a rare highlight in a "drab and curiously muted game". Having gone in front, Portsmouth's lead was never seriously threatened (BBC).
West Ham were poor in the first half, but in the second half they were awful (Hammered).
West Ham: Green, Neill, Spector, Ferdinand, McCartney, Solano (82 Pantsil), Mullins (73 Cole), Parker, Boa Morte, Ashton, Zamora (58 Sears).
Subs not used: Walker, Tomkins.
FA Cup finalists Pompey are now four points ahead of seventh-placed Aston Villa.
West Ham only four points ahead of eleventh-placed T*ttenham and 6 ahead of Newcastle.
