Green Keeps It Clean

Robert Green (right) and Matthew Upson played their part as England won in Kazakhstan 4-0 and made it six wins out of six games in 2010 world cup-qualifying.
What seems to be a convincing victory in Almaty was a narrow game in the first half until Gareth Barry scored in the closing stages before the interval.
West Ham's Carlton Cole didn't make the bench. Emile Heskey and Wayne Rooney were the England forwards until Jermain Defoe came for Heskey nine minutes before the final whistle.
Next wednesday England will make it seven out of seven when they welcome Andorra to Wembley.
Another big step forward to South Africa for England!

British results:
Azerbaijan v Wales (WC quali) 0-1
Bulgaria v Republic of Ireland (WC quali) 1-1
Italy v Northern Ireland 3-0 (friendly)
